Project Requirements Traceability and Configuration Management

When requirements are not tracked, projects deliver things nobody asked for and miss things that mattered. This course covers requirements traceability and configuration management so that every requirement can be traced from origin to delivery and every change to the baseline is controlled. It suits technology, engineering and systems projects across the region.

  • Capture and structure requirements so they can be traced end to end.
  • Build traceability from requirement through design, build and test.
  • Establish configuration baselines for project deliverables.
  • Control changes to baselines through a formal change process.
