Project Management Maturity and Capability Improvement

Organisations that deliver projects consistently do so because they have built capability, not because they got lucky. This course helps leaders assess their project management maturity and plan a realistic path to improvement. It is aimed at African organisations that want to move beyond heroic individual effort to dependable, repeatable delivery.

What you will be able to do

  • Assess current project management maturity across processes, people and tools.
  • Benchmark practice against recognised maturity dimensions honestly.
  • Identify the highest value gaps holding back reliable delivery.
  • Design a practical improvement roadmap that the organisation can sustain.
  • Build the standards, templates and governance that raise capability.
  • Measure whether maturity improvement is actually improving delivery outcomes.
