Project Management for Retail Rollouts and Store Openings

Opening a store is a project with a hard deadline that customers can see, and rolling out dozens of them turns that into a repeatable programme. This course covers site fit out, merchandising, staffing and trading readiness for retail rollouts. It reflects the pace of retail and fast food expansion across African malls, high streets and township markets.

What you will be able to do

  • Build a repeatable rollout plan and template for multiple store openings.
  • Coordinate fit out, equipment, signage and IT to a fixed opening date.
  • Sequence staffing, stocking and training so the store can trade on day one.
  • Manage landlords, contractors and suppliers against tight lead times.
  • Track rollout progress across many sites and catch slipping openings early.
  • Capture lessons from each opening to improve the next wave.
