Project Management for Real Estate and Commercial Property Development

Property development turns land into income producing buildings, and the project manager sits between investors, designers, contractors and future tenants. This course covers development projects from site acquisition and feasibility through design, construction and leasing. It uses office, retail and mixed use examples from African urban markets.
