Project Management for Financial Services and Banking Programmes

Banks and financial institutions across Africa run some of the most demanding change programmes anywhere, tightly bound by regulation, customer trust and unforgiving system dependencies. This course applies project management to the financial services environment, from core banking changes to new product launches. Delegates learn to deliver change without disrupting live money movement or breaching regulatory obligations.
