Project Management for Airports and Aviation Infrastructure

Airport projects must be delivered while flights keep operating, with strict safety and regulatory constraints layered on top of ordinary construction risk. This course covers phased delivery, airside safety and stakeholder coordination for terminal, runway and aviation facility projects. Examples reflect airport upgrades and expansions across African hubs.
