Project Leadership and High Performance Teams

Project managers are given authority over deliverables but rarely over the people who must produce them. This course builds the leadership skills that make a matrix team function anyway, covering influence without formal authority, conflict resolution, motivating specialists under deadline pressure and holding a diverse project team accountable without damaging morale on long running South African projects.
