Project Facilitation and Workshop Design for Project Managers

Project managers run more workshops than they realise, from kickoffs and planning sessions to risk reviews and lessons learned, yet few are trained to facilitate. This course builds practical facilitation and workshop design skills so these sessions produce real decisions and commitment. It uses common project workshops as the working material throughout.
