Project Documentation and Governance Reporting

Project decisions that are never written down are decisions a project manager ends up defending from memory. This course builds the documentation discipline that protects projects under audit and dispute, covering charters, registers, governance packs and steering committee reporting that give sponsors and auditors a clear, defensible trail of what was decided and why.
