Project Charter Development and Initiation Skills

Projects that start with a vague mandate rarely recover, because scope, roles and success measures stay contested to the end. This course focuses squarely on the initiation phase and the craft of writing a project charter that gives a project real authority and direction. It uses initiation examples from African corporate, public sector and donor funded settings.
