Project Change Management and Organisational Readiness

A project can be delivered on time and on budget and still fail if the organisation never adopts what it produced. This course focuses on the people side of project delivery, building stakeholder readiness, communication and adoption plans alongside the technical project plan, so that new systems, processes and structures survive contact with the people expected to use them.
