Municipal Occupational Health, Safety and Employee Wellness

Participants learn to assess workplace hazards across these functions, meet legal duties as an employer, and run wellness programmes that reduce absenteeism. The programme reflects the African local government reality of high risk field work, ageing plant and stretched health and safety resources.
