Municipal Infrastructure Grant Planning and Expenditure Management

This course focuses on planning, spending and reporting on infrastructure grants that fund basic services in municipalities. Participants learn to plan grant projects, manage expenditure within conditions and avoid the underspending and rollovers that undermine service delivery.
