Municipal Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

This course builds the practical communication skills municipalities need to inform residents, manage reputation and defuse service delivery tensions. Participants learn to develop a communication strategy, coordinate media relations and use digital and community channels to reach diverse audiences across languages. The programme includes handling communication during service interruptions and community protests so that officials can respond quickly and credibly.
