Mine Supervisor and Shift Boss Practical Development Programme

Prepares newly appointed and aspiring mine supervisors and shift bosses to lead safe, productive shifts across Southern African mining operations. The programme blends supervisory skills with the safety, planning and people responsibilities of running a working section. Delegates practise shift planning, workplace inspections, hazard control and crew leadership.
