Mine Cooling and Refrigeration Plant Operations for Deep Mines

Provides operational knowledge for running the cooling and refrigeration systems that make deep level Southern African mines survivable in high heat conditions. The course covers refrigeration plant, chilled water and ice systems, cooling coils and the safe handling of refrigerants.
