Managing Union and Workforce Relations for Operational Leaders

For managers on the factory floor, mine or depot, the daily relationship with shop stewards and organised labour shapes productivity, morale and stability. This course helps operational leaders build constructive union relationships, handle collective issues on the ground and defuse friction before it escalates. Participants learn to lead firmly and fairly within the realities of a unionised African workplace.
