Managing Project Vendors, Service Levels and Third Party Delivery

Much project work is now delivered by outside vendors, yet accountability for the outcome still sits with the project manager. This course covers how to select, onboard and manage vendors against clear service levels so third party delivery stays on track. It reflects the outsourcing and vendor heavy delivery models common in African organisations.
