Managing Project Interfaces and Dependencies

On large projects and programmes, most delays happen not inside a work package but at the seams between them. This course focuses squarely on managing interfaces and dependencies between teams, contractors and systems. Delegates learn to map, agree and actively manage the handoffs that so often derail complex African projects.

  • Define clear interface agreements that state who delivers what to whom and when.
  • Track dependency status and flag slippage before it cascades into delay.
