Managing Consultants and Professional Service Providers on Projects

Many African projects rely heavily on external consultants for design, advisory and specialist work, yet clients often struggle to get real value from these appointments. This course focuses on scoping, appointing and managing professional service providers so the client stays in control. Delegates learn to hold consultants to account without micromanaging the expertise they were hired for.
