Maintenance Contracts and Outsourced Services Management

Many African plants outsource specialist maintenance work such as crane inspection, boiler repair or electrical testing, yet contracts are often managed loosely once signed. This programme covers drafting service level requirements, evaluating contractor competence, monitoring performance and closing out work safely, so that outsourced maintenance delivers the quality and accountability the plant needs.
