Long Haul Trucking Operations and Trip Management

Focuses on planning and controlling long distance trucking trips across African regional corridors, where journeys span several days, multiple countries and remote stretches with limited support. The course covers trip planning, driver relief, rest stops, communication and contingency handling for breakdowns far from base. It reflects the operational reality of managing trucks between major inland hubs and coastal ports.
