Local Government Election Readiness and Council Transition Management

This course prepares municipal administrations to manage the period around local government elections, from pre election controls to the swearing in of a new council. Participants learn to safeguard assets and records, maintain service delivery during the transition, and induct incoming councillors and office bearers. The programme reduces the disruption and risk that often accompany a change of political leadership.
