Leading Zero Harm and Safety Culture from the Front

In mining, manufacturing and construction across Africa, safety outcomes rise or fall on the daily behaviour of frontline leaders, not on posters or policies alone. This course helps supervisors and managers move from enforcing rules to genuinely owning the safety of their people. Participants learn how to set the tone, hold visible safety conversations and build a culture where staff speak up before harm occurs.
