Leading Frontline and Shift Based Teams

Frontline supervisors leading shift based teams in retail, manufacturing, security, hospitality and logistics carry enormous responsibility with little formal training. This course gives them the practical leadership skills to run shifts smoothly, motivate hourly staff and handle the daily people challenges of the frontline. It is grounded in the realities of high turnover, diverse teams and constant operational pressure.
