Laboratory Budgeting, Costing and Financial Management

This course helps laboratory managers and supervisors take control of the financial side of running a testing or research facility. Participants learn to build budgets, cost tests and services, justify capital equipment and track consumable and staff costs so that the laboratory operates efficiently and sustainably.
