Integrated Reporting and Governance Disclosure

Helps reporting teams produce integrated and governance disclosures that tell a credible value creation story rather than a compliance checklist. Participants learn to apply the integrated reporting framework, connect financial and non financial performance, and coordinate the many contributors to an annual report. The course reflects the expectations of South African investors, regulators and the JSE listing requirements.
