Information Officer Duties and PAIA Compliance

Prepares appointed information officers and their deputies to meet access to information obligations under promotion of access to information legislation. The programme covers PAIA manuals, request handling, grounds for refusal and the interface with data protection duties. Delegates practise processing real requests and drafting compliant responses within statutory timelines.
