Immovable Asset Management and GIAMA Compliance for Government Property

This course covers the lifecycle management of government immovable assets, from the immovable asset register through user and custodian planning to disposal. Participants learn to maintain an accurate register, prepare user and custodian asset management plans, and make sound acquisition, maintenance and disposal decisions. The programme supports institutions in getting full value from land and buildings while meeting their statutory duties.
