Government Spokesperson and Crisis Communication Skills

This course prepares public officials to speak for their institution with confidence during routine engagements and moments of crisis. Participants practise handling media interviews, drafting holding statements, and managing information flow during service delivery disruptions and emergencies. The programme builds the judgement needed to protect institutional reputation while maintaining public trust.
