Foreign Direct Investment Structuring and Profit Repatriation in Africa

Investing into African markets and getting returns back out again requires careful attention to structure, tax and exchange control. This course covers entry structuring, funding the investment, and the withholding, dividend and exchange control rules that govern repatriation. Participants learn how to plan an investment so that profits, royalties and loan repayments can flow back to the parent efficiently and lawfully.
