Force Majeure, Variation and Contract Dispute Management

Give commercial and project teams the tools to manage contracts when circumstances change and disagreements arise. The course covers force majeure, hardship, variations, claims and the notice discipline that preserves rights. • Manage variations, change orders and their pricing and time impact.
  • Serve and respond to notices within contractual time bars.
  • Build and defend claims with proper records and causation.
  • Choose between negotiation, escalation and formal dispute routes.
