Fleet Control Room and Vehicle Monitoring Centre Operations

Develops the skills needed to run a fleet control room that monitors vehicles, responds to events and supports drivers in real time. The programme covers shift routines, alarm and event handling, driver communication, escalation and incident logging. It reflects how African fleets increasingly rely on monitoring centres to manage safety, security and service around the clock.

  • Interpret and prioritise vehicle alarms, alerts and status events.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers during normal and emergency situations.
  • Follow escalation procedures for accidents, hijackings and breakdowns.
