Facilitation and Training Delivery Skills for Workplace Trainers

Great content fails in the hands of a weak facilitator. This hands on programme builds the practical delivery skills that keep adult learners engaged, from lesson planning and questioning technique to managing difficult participants and running virtual sessions. Delegates practise facilitating in front of the group and receive structured feedback, with examples relevant to multilingual and multicultural African training rooms.

What you will be able to do

  • Plan a training session using adult learning principles.
  • Deliver content clearly using varied facilitation techniques.
  • Use questioning and discussion to keep learners engaged.
  • Manage difficult participants and group dynamics with confidence.
  • Facilitate effectively across in person and virtual settings.
  • Give and receive feedback to improve delivery.
