Poorly run meetings waste enormous amounts of time and drain energy from teams. This course teaches managers and team leaders how to plan, chair and facilitate meetings and workshops that reach clear decisions and actions. Delegates practise handling dominant voices, drawing out quieter members and keeping discussions on track and on time.
