Expression of Interest and Prequalification Document Writing

Before a full tender, many African buyers and donors ask suppliers to submit an expression of interest or prequalification document, and a weak submission ends the opportunity early. This course teaches delegates to interpret these early stage requests and respond with clear, complete and compliant documents. Delegates learn to present company experience, capacity and compliance in a way that gets them shortlisted for the next round.

What you will be able to do

  • Interpret expression of interest and prequalification requirements accurately.
  • Map required information against company evidence and documents.
  • Present company experience, capacity and references persuasively.
  • Address compliance, legal and empowerment requirements clearly.
  • Structure responses so evaluators can score them quickly.
  • Assemble a complete, well organised submission before deadline.
