Ethics and Code of Conduct Programme Management

A code of conduct only changes behaviour when it is embedded, communicated and enforced. This course helps ethics officers and compliance staff design and run an ethics programme that moves beyond a document on a shelf. Delegates learn to draft a living code, manage conflicts and declarations, deliver engaging ethics training and measure the ethical climate across a diverse African workforce.
