Diversity and Inclusion Leadership

Move beyond legislated targets into the daily leadership behaviours that make diversity actually work. Delegates examine unconscious bias, generational and cultural difference across an African workforce, and practical inclusion practices for meetings, recruitment panels and performance conversations, building the skills to lead a genuinely mixed team rather than simply report on one.

What you will be able to do

  • Recognise unconscious bias in recruitment, promotion and performance decisions.
  • Facilitate inclusive team meetings across generational and cultural difference.
  • Apply inclusive language and behaviour in everyday management interactions.
  • Address exclusionary behaviour and microaggressions when they surface in a team.
  • Build an inclusion plan for a department or business unit.
  • Measure inclusion through engagement data rather than representation numbers alone.
