Designing and Running Assessment Centres for Selection and Development

Assessment centres remain one of the most predictive ways to select and develop talent, yet many African employers run them without rigour. This practical programme walks delegates through designing simulations, in tray exercises and role plays that measure the competencies that matter. Participants practise observing, scoring and calibrating so that decisions are fair, defensible and free of bias.
