Debt Recovery, Business Rescue and Insolvency for Corporate Lenders

When a corporate borrower falls into distress, the recovery outcome depends heavily on how quickly and skilfully the lender acts. It reflects the business rescue and liquidation frameworks that lenders across the region work with.
