Contract Risk Management and Governance

Helps commercial, procurement and legal support staff identify and control the risks embedded in supplier, customer and partnership contracts, from unclear liability clauses to weak termination and dispute resolution provisions. Uses South African contract law principles and consumer protection considerations to build a practical contract risk review and approval process for growing organisations.
