Conflict of Interest and Declarations Management

A focused programme on managing conflicts of interest, gifts and outside interests before they become governance failures. Participants learn to design declaration processes, run a defensible register and handle difficult cases involving suppliers, related parties and public officials. The course is grounded in South African procurement and public sector realities where undeclared interests remain a leading cause of scandal.
