Computerised Maintenance Management Systems in Practice

A maintenance department only performs as well as the data it keeps. Moving from spreadsheets and paper cards to a computerised maintenance management system changes how work orders, spares and asset histories are handled. Selecting, configuring and running a CMMS so that the numbers reported to management can be trusted is the focus.
