Competency Based Interviewing and Selection

Gut feel hiring is one of the most expensive mistakes an organisation makes. This hands on workshop teaches delegates to define the competencies a role really needs and to interview against evidence rather than impressions. Delegates practise structured interviews, scoring and fair decision making within South African employment equity and fairness expectations.
