Community Engagement and Social Licence for Energy and Mining Projects

Many South African energy and mining projects stall not on technical grounds but because host communities feel ignored or shortchanged. This practical programme shows delegates how to build and keep a social licence to operate through genuine engagement, grievance handling and shared benefit.
