Executive committees, management forums and steering groups consume enormous amounts of senior time, yet too many drift without direction or fail to reach real decisions. This course equips leaders to chair these forums with authority, keep discussion focused and drive committees toward clear resolutions and accountability. Participants learn to run the kind of disciplined meetings that move an organisation forward.
