Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience

Prepares managers to keep operations running through load shedding, service delivery failures, supply disruptions and other shocks common to the African operating environment. Covers business impact analysis, continuity plan design, crisis communication and recovery testing, drawing on real disruption scenarios faced by South African manufacturers, retailers and financial services firms in recent years.
