Bus Rapid Transit Operations and Urban Transit Network Management

Prepares transit operators and city transport officials to run high frequency bus systems such as Rea Vaya, MyCiTi and similar African corridor networks. Covers timetabling, station operations, dedicated lane management and the integration of buses with minibus and rail feeders. Focuses on keeping headways reliable in congested African cities where informal transport, road works and demand surges disrupt schedules.
