Building High Performance Teams

Not every team of capable individuals performs as a unit, and many South African managers inherit teams with unclear roles, low trust or inconsistent standards. This course gives managers a practical framework for diagnosing team weaknesses, setting shared goals, clarifying roles and building the trust and accountability that separate an average team from a genuinely high performing one.
