Building Effective Audit Committees

Helps audit committee members and those who support them raise the quality of financial oversight, assurance and risk supervision. The programme explores how committees add value through sharp questioning, combined assurance and constructive challenge of management. It draws on the realities of oversight in African listed companies, public entities and family owned firms.
